Event Registration and Selection

• Attendance to the Ai in INSURANCE event is by invitation only. Registrations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the capacity limits of the venue.

• Only selected registrants will receive an invitation to attend the event. The organizers reserve the right to accept or decline any registration.

Dress Code

• The dress code for the event is formal or semi-formal. Flip-flops and beachwear are not permitted.

Event Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during the event. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual who fails to comply with these standards.

Liability

• The organizers of the Ai in INSURANCE event will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event. Attendance is at the participant's own risk.

Event Schedule and Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to change the event schedule, speakers, or location as necessary. Participants will be informed promptly of any changes.

Food and Beverages

• Food and beverages will be provided to all attendees during the event.
